The founder
Steadford Leadership Partners was founded by James R. Scheu, a disabled military veteran with a storied career in emergency services, healthcare, and higher education. He has served in program operations, academic leadership, general education instruction, and student affairs, most recently as Dean of Academic Affairs over seven allied health programs.
